Fretz BT-4 Brass Tube Form- 2" x 5/8" Bracelet Cuff

These brass tube forms from Bill Fretz are made from 20 gauge (.81mm thick) brass and are seamless. Bill was asked for them so often he now has them pre-made and ready for use.

Size: 2" Diameter x 5/8" Wide

Fretz uses seamless extruded tubing made from a malleable brass alloy that contains 70% copper and 30% zinc to make these blanks. The tubing is cut and then the edges are cleaned up on a belt sander, then annealed and then given a basic tumbled finish.

In Bill Fretz's new DVD, Bill uses these cuff blanks to make formed and hammered cuff bracelets. Now available in 2" or large 2-1/4" diameters and in either 5/8", 7/8" or 1-1/2" widths, you can use these blanks for making a variety of bracelets to fit any size wrist. The 2" diameters when cut will work great on average to thin size wrists, while the larger 2-1/4" works for larger size wrists.

Keep in mind when making convex (domed) forms, the doming will make the diameter of the finished piece smaller. When making concave forms, the size of the finished piece will not be affected.
