Product Details

Round parallel files — also called cylinder files or chainsaw files — feature consistent diameter with no taper and teeth cut over the entire surface. Glardon-Vallorbe LP1669 precision files are the professional jeweler's choice for making hinges, finishing tubing, and any task requiring a uniform cylindrical cutting surface. Because these files are also manufactured in large quantities for sharpening chainsaw chains, they are available in a wide range of diameters to suit a variety of bench applications.

Glardon-Vallorbe Swiss Made Precision Files are manufactured to precise production standards using a combination of machine cutting and hand craftsmanship. Made from the finest heat-tempered chrome alloy steel, they deliver superior performance on all metals and are recognized as the world standard for quality, accuracy, and longevity. Formerly distributed by Grobet USA under the name Grobet Swiss.
