Quatro 1-0024-3011 Basic Dust Collector

The Quatro Basic Dust Collector (Model 1-0024-3011) is a compact, cost-effective clean air solution designed for jewelers who need quieter dust collection without sacrificing filtration performance. Built with a turbine engine that operates at 85–90 decibels, it runs significantly quieter than shop vacuums and budget alternatives, making it a practical choice for busy workshop environments.

The two-stage filtration system starts with an AG349-03 (F349) White Cube replacement filter bag as the first line of defense, offering larger capacity and better containment. A Quatro F220 HEPA filter (Otto Frei part number 147.611F220) provides the final stage of particulate filtration, capturing 99.97% of precious metal particles — helping you recover valuable scrap for the refiner.

At just 7" wide × 15" long × 11" high, the unit fits easily on the floor beside your workbench or on a nearby shelf. The included Quatro AA114 on/off foot control lets you switch the collector on and off hands-free — a meaningful advantage when your hands are occupied at the bench. The foot pedal also allows you to place the unit inside a sound-dampening enclosure and operate it from outside for additional noise reduction.

Please note: When unpacking the unit, open the lid of the dust collector to find the power cordset and foot pedal, which are packed inside the machine.

Notes

For applications requiring a higher-rated filtration system, consider the Quatro Gold Vault or Quatro Jet Stream, both of which include HEPA filters with additional air-cleaning capacity. When unpacking, open the lid of the dust collector to retrieve the power cordset and foot pedal stored inside the machine.
