Quatro 1-0024-3011 Basic Dust Collector

Quatro introduces the latest product in their line of clean air solutions, the Quatro Basic Dust Collector. This compact dust collector is for jewelers looking for a low cost and quieter way to keep particulate dust out of their work areas.

The replacement filter bags are AG349-03 (F349) White Cube Bags, which holds everything in place better and has bigger capacity, as the first line of defense followed by a Quatro F220 HEPA filter, Otto Frei part number 147.611F220, for the final particulate filtering capturing 99.97% of precious metal particles.

Unlike noisy shop vacs, the Quatro Basic with it's relatively quiet Turbine engine keeps noise under control in your workshop and gives you a quick and efficient method to collect your precious metal scrap for the refiner. Produces 85-90 decibels.

The Quatro Basic measures a compact 7" wide x 15" long x 11" high and can be placed on the floor next to your workbench or a nearby shelf. Our version of the Quatro Basic comes with a Quatro AA114 On/Off foot control.

Being able to switch the unit on or off using the foot control is a big advantage over units that require you to reach down and hit a switch on the box. Another advantage is that you can place the unit inside a box lined with some soundproofing foam to deaden the noise a bit more and run the foot pedal outside the box to operate it.

The Quatro Basic also includes 6 feet of 1-1/2" diameter top quality hose and a operations & maintenance manual.

If you need a higher rated filtering system, we suggest the Quatro Gold Vault or the Quatro Jet Stream, both of which contain HEPA filters that give you additional air cleaning.

Please note: When unpacking the unit please open the lid of the dust collector to find the Power Cordset and the foot pedal, which are packed inside the machine.
