Notes

  • Non-ferrous metals only. Do not roll steel or other ferrous metals.
  • Do not motorize or modify the unit — modifications void the warranty.
  • Before first use, wipe protective grease from the rolls and frame; do not remove grease from internal gears.
  • Before each session, wipe rolls clean. After each session, coat rolls with light oil or grease to prevent rust.
  • Periodically grease the side gears and reduction gear. Check all hardware for tightness before and after use.
  • Make many small reductions and anneal frequently for best results and to protect the mill.
  • Ships well-packed. Minimal setup: wipe rolls, bolt on handle, install T-top adjuster, and align top gears. Detailed instructions are included in the manual.
