V-line Center Positioning Die Set of Ten-1/8" to 1-1/4"

This set of 10 center positioning dies is made to fit the V-Line disk cutters 125.1745 and 125.1790 but they will also work fine with other round disk cutting sets that have similar hole sizes. The center positioning dies in this set range from 1/8" to 1-1/4" (3mm to 31.7mm) They match up perfectly with all the holes in both the 125.1745 and 125.1790 but when using with other sets you may not have a match with all your holes. With these centering dies, you can make perfect washers from your disks for making ring blanks or just plain washers. Made in India.

The set includes one each of these steel centering dies in the following sizes:

• 1/8" (3mm)
• 1/4" (6.3mm)
• 3/8" (9.4mm)
• 1/2" (12.6mm)
• 5/8" (15.8mm)
• 3/4" (18.9mm)
• 7/8" (22.1mm)
• 1" (25.3mm)
• 1-1/8" (28.5mm)
• 1-1/4" (31.7mm)

To use, cut a hole in your metal with a punch the size of your desired inner ring diameter. Remove the cut disk and place it under a larger punch hole size for what you would like to be the outside diameter of your washer. Use the matching centering die for that hole to center the cut disk. Now clamp the disk between the upper and lower halves of the disk cutter using the Pepetools clamping device. Remove the centering die and replace with the correct cutting die for the hole you are using. Punch the hole and you have now created a washer with a perfectly centered hole.
