For Making Round Disks, Washers or 120^o Cone Shape Disks- With Wood Storage Box -Set of 7 Disks with 7 Matching convex center finders and 7 matching concave shapers, all in a wood storage box.  Maximum thickness of soft sheet metal-0.8mm

The disk cutter set has 7 cutters, outside diameters: 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", 1/2", 9/16" and 5/8".

To make a washer, first cut out a disk using a disk cutter that you want to be the inside diameter of your disk. Inside diameters you can use are the six smaller disk sizes, 1/4" thur 9/16".  For this example, lets say you use the 9/16" hole.

The 9/16" disk you have just cut out is finished. Set it aside.

The 9/16" hole in your sheet metal becomes the inside diameter of the washer you will make. Choosing a larger outside diameter hole in the disk cutting set , which in this example will be 5/8" (This becomes the OD on your washer) and the matching 5/8" convex center finder for that hole, place your hole in your piece of sheet metal somewhere near the vicinity of the center of that hole.  Locate the exact center of the hole using the matching 5/8" convex center finder. Now for the tricky part: Carefully hold the sheet metal in place while you remove the 5/8" convex center finder and replace it with the 5/8" disc cutter.  Once replaced, strike a blow on that 5/8" disc cutter, and you should now have a washer that is 5/8" outside diameter and 9/16" inside diameter.

The concave shapers can be used to make a spring washer out of your washer by placing your washer in the appropriate size concave shaper and then striking it with the appropriate size convex center finder.
