Standard investments can break down in the CAST casting machine because of the high stress caused by the spinning of the flask.  Ti-Research has developed this special dental type 2 part investment for use in the CAST casting machine.  It is  a phosphate bonded investment powder for casting platinum, silver, gold, palladium and stainless steel.  The work time is 8 minutes and the setting time is 20 minutes. This fast setting investment expands as it sets, so the inside of the flask must be lined with flask liner 122.422 (25mm) or 122.424 (55mm).

This investment can be used with any casting machine.  Mixing ratio is 100 grams of powder to 25ml of binder.
