Presidium Gem Computer Gauge

The Presidium Gem Computer Gauge estimates the weight and identifies gemstones with much greater precision and consistency than any other gauge on the market. Just like the Presidium Digital Gemstone Gauge, the Computer Gauge measures to an accuracy of 0.01mm, ten times the accuracy of a analog dial style gemstone gauge. That makes it indispensable for the professional diamond handler who needs to perfectly measure, sort and match loose stones. But the computer gauge also has powerful softwear that makes estimating set gemstone weights for appraisals easier than ever before. You can use the gauge as a stand alone tool, entering data directly into the gauge, or you can plug the guage into your PC and use the keyboard to enter data.

The mini CD-ROM contains the same software that is already loaded on the gauge, plus data on an additonal 59 gemstones and additonal capablities in maniuplating and storing data. You can even create estimation capabilites on custom gemstones. Once the software is loaded on your windows based PC, you can connect your Presidium Computer Gauge to your PC (with the supplied USB cord) and use your keyboard to enter measurements. Now you can even more easily use the powerful software to estimate weights, identify stones and store your data.

The battery operated (one CR-2450 included) Presidium Computer Gauge comes with a high setting attachment, an USB cable, the software containing additional gemstone data on a mini CD-ROM and an instruction booklet-all securely packed in a storage box.
