With TWO degree dials, you can set the elevation angle and the rotation angle of each tool. Now every graver surface can be precisely sharpened. As with all GRS products, this fixture is beautifully made with hardened steel for accuracy and a long life. It holds all sorts of tools, with or without handles, and the GRS quick-change (QC) holders. To use the full range of this fixture, you should have the fast change wheel.
