The Meiji Zoom Gem Microscope is the best quality microscope we offer, built completely in Japan and including everything you need to use as a gem microscope. The great thing about this package is that you can remove the head from your gem microscope and place it with an optional setters scope stand and use it as a setter's scope! The Meiji zoom gem microscope has a 7X to 45X stereo zoom body, a pair each of 10X and 20X eyepieces, and a 0.50X auxiliary lens for use as a setter's scope. The microscope base has an iris style darkfield with illumination from below, a fluorescent illuminator for illumination from above, gem tweezers and an inclusion pointer. If you already own an OttoSetters zoom microscope, you can purchase the Meiji swivel gem stand kit and turn your setter's scope into a first class gem microscope. Shipping weight of the complete kit is 15 lbs.
