Narrower three-square files gradually taper to the point. Measurements given are at the thickest point of the file.  This is the Three-Square Extra Narrow LP1367.  Glardon-Vallorbe also makes a Regular Three-Square LP1360 and a Narrow Three-Square LP1366 shape in various cuts.
