Micro Head & 3 Tips:

• The three micro head tips are 0.9mm, 1.2mm and 1.6mm orifices. They are hypodermic tips that friction fit on the 360 degree rotating head. Recommended oxygen output setting can be set from 0.5 to 2.0 bar (7.5 psi to 30 psi), with a corresponding propane output of approximately half the oxygen output, 0.25 to 1.0 bar (3.8 psi to 15 psi). The Swiss Made G-Torch II body is 9-1/2" long. With the micro head attached and a micro tip extended straight out from the torch body, the total torch length is 13-1/2".

 

Small Casting Head:

• This is the 26,000 BTU (27,000 kJ/h) casting head or tip for the Swiss Made G-Torch II. If you don't plan on casting platinum or other high temperature metals we recommend this smaller melting tip for casting gold, silver and similar metals. You will save on gas and still have plenty of heat for doing the job. This head is marked No. 4 with a factory number of 3955 P. The P stands for propane, the gas that this torch is made for. Not for use with Acetylene. Made in Switzerland. Tip is 9-1/2" long.
• Recommended gauge settings for maximum power output:
  • O2 (Oxygen) 58 PSI (4 bar)
  • P (Propane) 11.5 PSI ( 0.8 bar)

 

Large Casting Head:

• This is the 36,000 BTU casting head or tip for the Swiss Made G-Torch II. This powerful head or tip can produce 36,000 BTU's of heat (38,000 kJ/h), more than enough to cast platinum with Oxygen and Propane. This torch will also quickly cast gold and silver and similar metals. This head is marked No. 6 with a factory number of 3956 P. The P stands for propane, the gas that this torch is made for. Not for use with Acetylene. Made in Switzerland. Ti-Research part number 3120-20. This torch tip is 10-3/4" long.
• Recommended gauge settings for maximum power output:
  • O2 (Oxygen) 72.5 PSI (5 bar)
  • P (Propane) 14.5 PSI ( 1 bar)
