The Foredom reciprocating handpiece plugs into the Foredom micromotor control box HP4-917.  It is included with the Foredom kits K.1080, K1090 and Dual Handpiece kit K.1053.  It is popular to buy separately to be used in the Foredom K.1020 or K.1070 kits.  This is a brush type motor and does not work with the Foredom K.1030 or K.1060 kits.



The Foredom H.MH-110 is ideal for stone setting applications, including channel setting. The hammer action is can also be used for certain engraving techniques. The hammer action does not engage until light pressure is applied to the tip. This feature allows the user to locate the tool tip exactly without marring the workpiece, and prevents unexpected action until ready to work. The force of the impact can be adjusted from light to full by turning the metal ring while the motor is off or running. The speed of the hammer action can also be varied from 0 to 5,000 strokes per minute with the manual dial on the control box. The handpiece includes the pictured accessories. Foredom HP4-917 control box is required for use.
