Die neue Filterhaube von Foredom verfügt über einen Saugmotor mit Doppelspannung (110 V/220 V) und variabler Geschwindigkeit, was sie zum perfekten Mini-Staubsammler für die kleine Werkstatt macht.

Die neue Filterhaube wurde für die Verwendung mit der Tischdrehbank von Foredom entwickelt und ist ein kompaktes, leistungsstarkes und tragbares, in sich geschlossenes Mini-Staubsammelsystem. Verwenden Sie sie neben einer Tischdrehbank oder überall in der Werkstatt, wo Sie Partikel sammeln müssen. Ideal zum Aufsammeln von Edelmetallabfällen, da die austauschbaren Filter mehr tun, als nur den Staub zu binden, sondern mit der Zeit auch wertvoller werden. Wenn Sie mit Edelmetallen arbeiten, bewahren Sie Ihre schmutzigen Filter auf und schicken Sie sie zusammen mit Ihrem restlichen Edelmetallschrott an Ihren Veredler, um einen netten finanziellen Bonus zu erhalten!

Der MAFH25 verfügt über einen Motor mit variabler Geschwindigkeit, der über einen Schalter an der Seite mit 110 oder 220 Volt betrieben werden kann. Er bietet eine starke Saugkraft zum Entfernen gefährlicher Staubpartikel und zur Rückgewinnung von Edelmetallen. Die Filterhaube besteht aus pulverbeschichtetem, dickem Stahl und ist CE-konform. Sie verfügt über eine abnehmbare wasserdichte Metallschale, ein am Schwanenhals montiertes, helles, langlebiges LED-Licht und eine durchsichtige Acrylabschirmung. Wird mit drei Filtern geliefert, die leicht ausgetauscht und an eine Raffinerie geschickt werden können.

Die Filterhaube MAFH25 dient ausschließlich zur Erfassung von Partikelstaub und ist nicht für die Filterung von Rauch/Lötrauch/Beschichtungsrauch geeignet. Otto Frei bietet mehrere Systeme zur Filterung von Rauch/Lötrauch/Beschichtungsrauch an.

Die abnehmbare wasserdichte Metallschale ist 146 mm lang, 114 mm breit und 12 mm tief. Die austauschbaren Filter sind 153 mm breit, 138 mm hoch und 10 mm dick. Das Kabel ist 67 Zoll lang. Das Kabel hat einen geerdeten Standardstecker mit 3 Stiften für Nordamerika.

Excellent and necessary piece of equipment!

An exhaust system is necessary if you want to save your lungs from the particles from grinding and polishing jewelry. If your budget is limited and you don't have a lot of space in your workshop I strongly recommend the Foredom MAFH25 dust collector. Buy the pleated filters because they trap most of the smaller particles produced. I also recommend still using an N100 dust mask while polishing to ensure you're getting maximum protection (I polish leaded enamel on fine silver jewelry).
The system is compact and surprisingly not noisy. The light included is excellent and very bright and convenient. You can set the system on your bench and get it out of the way when not in use.
Expensive? Relatively. Worth it? YES! I need one more dust collector for the other spindle of the polishing motor.
Your workspace will be cleaner but most of all your lungs will appreciate it.

Great Machine!

Wow! For such a small machine, this little guy really is a work horse. Well built and looks nice. Down side is it is kind of loud, and there is a 3 inch black knob on the back that doesn't allow me to push the whole thing back and out of the way when I am not using it. Small considerations when I take into account that it is clearing the air of particulates that would be inhaled and frees me from the hated mask that fogs up the glasses.
