AGILO Sharp Diamond Carbide Gravers Shaping-Polishing Kit

This is a kit of 3 AGILO SHARP Wheels for-shaping and high gloss polishing of carbon-steel, HSS and carbine tools, drills and gravers. With this kit, you will have all 3 wheels to use in the 3rd step process for shaping, finishing and high gloss polishing of tools that would otherwise be impossible to do by hand. 

 

AGILO SHARP wheels are long lasting and allow quick and easy shaping and polishing of carbine tools that previously would require the use of expensive diamond power hones. 

First step use For grinding and shaping use the AGILO 5010 rigid diamond sintered wheel for grinding and shaping.  The second step is the the AGILO SHARP-M for fine shaping and pre-polishing. The third step is to use the AGILO SHARP-XF wheel for a high gloss finish. Both the AGILO SHARP-M & AGILO SHARP-XF wheels have a brass rigid backing disc that keeps these wheels stable while in use.

Always wear a mask when grinding stones and metal using this tool. Performs best at speeds between 3,000 and 7,000 RPM.
