These Italian-made steel bench blocks have been a trusted staple at the jeweler's bench for over 40 years. Crafted from hardened, tempered steel that has been precision ground flat, each block features one rounded (radiused) edge — ideal for forming, stamping, and general benchwork. The combination of a flat working surface and a smooth radiused edge gives jewelers versatile support for a wide range of metalsmithing tasks. Available in five sizes, from a compact 50mm square up to a generous 130mm square, there is a block suited for every bench setup. The 100mm (4") square block is the bench block of choice for Otto Frei's own John Frei custom workbenches.
