Special Ikohe Belt Sander Package-Includes 10 Belts

A belt sander takes metal down flat and fast at the bench, freeing both hands while the abrasive does the work. Standard industrial units are far too large for jewelry work, so Ikohe built a compact belt sander sized for the jeweler's bench. This package pairs that sander with 10 ruby sanding belts, 2 each in 80, 120, 180, 240 and 320 grit, so you can move from rough grinding to a refined finish without ordering abrasives separately.

Compatibility

Notes

• Use light pressure and fresh belts, letting the abrasive cut to minimize heat buildup and edge rounding
• Follow the grit progression 80–120–180–240–320 for smooth, consistent surface finishes
• Position dust extraction as close to the belt as possible for the best debris capture
