How we source our metal
Half round sizing stock is the bench material for sizing up a ring, cut to length, bent to the shank curve, and soldered in with the flat face against the inside of the band.
This stock is supplied in 14K yellow gold, 14K white gold, 18K yellow gold and platinum, in widths from 1.5 mm – 6.0 mm and thicknesses from 1.0 mm – 2.0 mm. It is sold by the piece in 2 inch or 3 inch lengths depending on the part number; as the 2 inch lengths sell out they are being replaced by 3 inch lengths. See Available Options below for the length that each part number ships in.

- 14K white gold sizing stock is nickel alloyed to North American standards and is not rhodium plated.
