A stainless steel guide tube supports the wire as close as 2mm from the weld, which improves placement accuracy without requiring the operator to reposition hands or workpiece.

This 14K white gold laserwire is karat material rather than solder, because laser welding uses the parent metal as the filler. The result is seamless joins that wear and tarnish at the same rate as the rest of the piece. Each dispenser and refill contains 10 feet of annealed, tangle-free wire kept clean inside the sealed compartment, and the remaining wire is visible at a glance. Dispensers are color-coded by metal type and clearly labeled with wire gauge and metal quality, and refills are available so a single dispenser can be reloaded and used indefinitely.
