Harmony fine silver round wire is supplied in half-hard temper and .999 purity, the highest silver content commercially available. Thirteen gauges are offered, 6 through 30, spanning 4.12 mm (.162") down to 0.25 mm (.010") in diameter.

Fine silver, also referred to as 99.9% pure silver or 999 silver, is very soft and cannot be heat hardened the way sterling silver or argentium silver can. That suits it to fine detail work, granulation, PMC finishing, and any application where maximum purity is required. Because it carries no copper alloy, it resists the tarnishing common to sterling silver.

This Harmony wire is made in the USA from 100% recycled material sourced from non-mined origins such as reclaimed jewelry, silverware, coins, precious metals, and dental scrap. It is jewelry quality and not medical grade material.
