This diamond bur carves fine detail into stone and hard metal at a small working size. The Diamond Summa Point 638 from Shofu Dental uses an hourglass head measuring 1mm in diameter at the top, narrowing to a 0.7mm waist and ending in a 1mm tip 2.2mm tall, and runs on a 1/16" shank.
