This kit puts a full silver soldering station on the bench in a single purchase, from the two torches down to the flux, pickle, solder and the boards you work over.
Built to complement Joe Silvera's book Soldering Made Simple, it assembles the tools the text calls for, so a beginner can work through each chapter hands-on and a working maker can outfit a soldering bay in one go. Two torches mirror the setup described in the book: a compact micro torch for detail work and a larger turbo torch for bigger jobs. Three grades of silver sheet solder, two fluxes, three soldering surfaces, pickling gear and a full set of pliers, tweezers and holding tools round out the kit.
