How we source our metal
Re-tip prongs on round diamonds of any size at the bench with a jeweler's torch. These 14K yellow gold round Redi-Prong refills are precision-sized pieces of precious metal with pre-applied solder, which makes re-tipping faster and more consistent than building a tip by hand. Redi-Prongs are truly one of the greatest labor-saving products for the bench jeweler since the invention of the flex shaft.
Redi-Prongs are available in a variety of shapes and sizes, including Princess, V-Prong, Baguette, and Channel shapes. These are the round style with pre-applied solder, designed for torch work.
