Description
Pro-Craft Liver of Sulphur is a classic chemical patination agent used by jewelers and metalsmiths to oxidize and antique most metals. Sold in an 8 oz. (227 gram) jar of solid lumps, this traditional finishing compound dissolves easily in warm water to create a working solution you can apply by brush or immersion. The strength and temperature of your solution give you control over the depth and tone of the resulting patina — from light golden hues to deep, rich blacks.
Packaged in a plastic container for safe handling, this product is not classified as a hazardous material in lump form and is safe to ship by all methods. Use sparingly with distilled water for best results. Also commonly referenced as liver of sulfur, sulfur, or sulphur.
