A heavy duty steel plate that gives the bench a solid, flat surface to mount hardware to and to work directly on. The GRS 004-559 Optional Steel Heavy Duty Mounting Plate, made by Glendo GRS, serves a dual purpose: it is a mounting surface for compatible GRS workbench setups, and it doubles as a steel block on the benchtop.
