Burnish finished work to a bright surface without losing metal. The ECOmaxi 3 Litre Magnetic Tumbling Head from Otec is a dedicated burnishing head designed for use with the ECOmaxi Base Power Unit. Magnetic tumblers deliver a bright, burnished finish with no metal loss, and are especially effective at reaching hard-to-access areas that would otherwise require additional hand finishing. Smooth surfaces may still benefit from further polishing by hand or with the ECOmaxi Dry Polishing attachment.

This head is one component of the ECOmaxi super combo disc finishing system, which combines three interchangeable polishing heads on a single base unit. The full system allows you to progress from wet abrasive cut-down to magnetic tumbling for burnishing, brightening, and work hardening, and finally to high-final polish using the dry polishing head. Each head swaps easily onto the same ECOmaxi base, making the system highly versatile for professional finishing workflows.

Compatibility

Mounts on the ECOmaxi Base Power Unit and swaps with the other stage heads. The head is not voltage specific, so it runs on either the 110V or the 220V base unit. The full ECOmaxi unit stands 18" tall and 16" wide.
