Neycraft Vulcan 3-550 Multi-Stage Programmable Burnout Oven-Kiln-220V

A programmable burnout kiln runs the whole wax elimination cycle on its own, ramping, holding, and stepping down while you get on with something else at the bench. The Neycraft Vulcan 3-550 stores nine programs of three stages each, links them into cycles of up to six stages, and will hold at casting temperature for more than four days, so the burnout finishes when you are ready to cast rather than the other way round.

The chamber measures 9" W x 6.5" H x 9" D, climbs to 1000°F (538°C) in about 15 minutes, and tops out at 2012°F (1100°C). A ceramic-protected heating element and a hybrid muffle carry that fast ramp, and a vertical door opens the chamber for loading flasks. This listing is the 220V build.
