AGILO CABSHINE Square Edge Wheel Kit Of 3-M, F & XF

Three diamond wheels take a cabochon from scratch removal to final polish without a full lapidary setup. The AGILO CABSHINE Square Edge Wheel Kit works through Medium (M) for scratch removal, Fine (F) for surface preparation, and Extra Fine (XF) for the final polish, delivering consistent results on soft and hard stones including quartz, amethyst, turquoise, lapis, ruby and sapphire up to approximately 9 Mohs hardness. Developed and tested by Swiss lapidary artists and fine jewelers, these diamond filled wheels are built for reliable performance at the bench or on repair work away from it.

Compatibility

The wheels suit soft and hard stones up to approximately 9 Mohs, including quartz, amethyst, turquoise, lapis, ruby and sapphire. The medium and fine wheels come mounted on 3/32 in shanks.

Notes

• Work crosswise for best results: first in one direction, for example left to right, then rotate the stone and work perpendicular to that pass.
• Practice on less valuable stones to learn the capabilities and limits of each wheel before working on finished pieces.
• Always wear a mask when grinding stones or metal.
• Use light, controlled contact and keep the work area clean throughout the process.
