AGILO DIACORE Stone Carving Kit on 3/32" Shanks

Six diamond tools cover carving, cutting and grinding gemstones at the bench. The AGILO DIACORE Stone Carving Kit brings together sintered burs for contouring, a thin sintered disc for flats, grooves and precision cuts, a flexible diamond disc for controlled material removal, and a grinding wheel to prepare surfaces before final polishing. All six tools mount on 3/32" shanks for use with common micromotors and quick-change handpieces.

• DIACORE Inverted Cone Sintered Bur (128.816): 3 mm inverted cone for undercuts and seat relief.
• DIACORE Knife Edge Sintered Bur (128.818): 8 mm knife edge for grooves and crisp transitions.
• DIACORE Sintered Disc, 0.3 mm x 19 mm, Fine (111.085): thin cutting and trimming disc for flats and slotting.
• AGILO AIRFLEX Diamond Disc, 0.22 mm x 22 mm (111.064): flexible diamond disc for controlled material removal.
• DIASTONE Diamond Grinding Wheel (110.101): uniform grinding prior to polishing.

• Always wear a mask when grinding stones or metals.
• Keep heat low and apply light water lubrication for heat-sensitive stones when appropriate.
• Test on less valuable stones first to establish pressure, angle and working sequence.
• Follow sintered bur and disc work with diamond rubber polishers, such as AGILO CABSHINE wheels, for final finishing.
