Compatibility

Works on carbon steel, high speed steel and carbide tools, including gravers and small drills. All three wheels are supplied on 3/32" shanks and run best at 3,000–7,000 rpm.

Notes

• Use light, steady contact and let the diamond do the work.
• Progress through the grits only as needed; some jobs will not require all three wheels.
• Maintain consistent approach angles for repeatable edges on gravers.
• Always wear a mask or respirator when grinding metals.
• Operate between 3,000–7,000 rpm and secure the workpiece to avoid chatter.
