The Quatro 1-0031-4007 Premium High Pressure SuperFlow Workstation with Baldor 353T 1/3 HP 2-Speed Polishing Motor is a heavy-duty polishing system engineered for professional jewelry shops with demanding all-day polishing workloads. Built on Quatro's Standard Standalone platform, the SuperFlow series introduces significant upgrades across airflow, suction, filtration, and usability, making it one of the most capable benchtop polishing workstations available for busy production environments.

The SuperFlow system is recommended for heavy-duty use, defined as more than 4 hours of continuous daily operation. At its core is a Premium High Pressure Brushless Suction Motor delivering 450–550 CFM of airflow, combined with a two-stage filtration system: three sealable AF149 first-stage filter bags and a second-stage F022 HEPA filter. A Pressure Indicator Alert notifies the operator when filters require changing, and a Variable Speed Motor Control provides precise control over the polishing motor.

The Automatic Start Valve System enables start/stop control from inside each hood and allows one hood to be shut off to concentrate suction to the other. Both fully enclosed ClearView Hoods feature bright LED illumination and flip-up magnification discs for enhanced visibility and containment of airborne particulates. Operation remains quiet at 59 dB(A). The cabinet measures 38-1/2" wide by 24" deep by 50" high and weighs 230 lbs, so it ships truck freight only.
