Castaldo LiquaCast No Shrinkage Liquid Mold Rubber

Copy a delicate wax carving or a heat-sensitive original at the bench without putting it through the heat and pressure of vulcanization. Castaldo LiquaCast is a two-part liquid mold rubber for professional jewelers and wax carvers, producing pink rubber molds with no shrinkage and outstanding reproduction of fine design detail.

Use LiquaCast when you need a backup copy of a wax design, for limited production runs, or any time you cannot risk losing your original model. The rubber cures at room temperature in 16–24 hours, and each kit includes precise, detailed instructions for use.

Vacuuming is recommended for best results. If a vacuum pump is not available, good results can still be obtained by dipping the model in liquid rubber rather than pouring directly, or by brushing on a small quantity of the mixture and inspecting for bubbles before pouring the full mold.

Please note: Castaldo USA was sold to a company in the United Kingdom, and all Castaldo products are now manufactured in the UK. This specific LiquaCast formula, which mixes at a 10:1 ratio, is no longer being produced. The current version mixes at a 1:1 ratio. All Castaldo jewelry manufacturing products are intended for professional use only by persons familiar with jewelry casting techniques.
