Durston 1200 Table Top Draw Bench

A draw bench turns the demanding, repetitive work of pulling wire down through successive draw plate holes into a controlled, efficient bench operation. The Durston 1200 Table Top Draw Bench is a compact unit built for professional jewelers and metalsmiths who need reliable wire drawing without giving up the floor space a full standing bench would take.

The bench accommodates a continuous piece of wire up to 24" (600 mm) in length. It mounts at the edge of a table or workbench so the handle has its full range of motion. Permanent mounting uses the two mounting holes at either end of the bench, or the unit can be secured temporarily with L-clamps through the holes on the side. When the work is done, it can be hung on a wall or stored away, which suits shops where bench space is at a premium.
