This replacement upper roller is designed specifically for Blue and Silver Economy rolling mills, providing a dual-function groove configuration for forming both square and triangular wire profiles and half-round wire. The roller features two complete sets of grooves machined into a single roll, making it a practical solution for jewelers and metalsmiths who need to produce a range of wire dimensions without swapping equipment.

The 9 V-grooves allow you to draw down and shape wire into angular profiles, progressing through a series of graduated sizes. The 7 half-round grooves provide the forming capacity for classic half-round wire profiles across a span of diameters. Both groove sets are arranged in ascending size order, giving you consistent, incremental reduction passes.
