Foredom M.LX-TXR-H.30 Flex Shaft Kit

High-torque, low-speed flex shaft kit for stone setting, low-RPM drilling, and controlled rotary work with a chuck-style handpiece and a matched electronic foot control. The Foredom M.LX motor digs in smoothly at low speeds so burs cut cleanly without bogging or racing away from you.

The kit runs on 115V and delivers 1/10 HP up to a maximum of 5,000 RPM. The H.30 handpiece carries an adjustable Jacobs chuck that grips a wide range of small rotary tools and burs, and the C.TXR electronic foot control meters speed smoothly across the motor's range.

Compatibility

• Use the M.LX motor only with compatible Foredom controls: the C.TXR in plastic housing, the C.SXR in cast iron housing, or the EMX bench-mounted dial control.
• Recommended for work that calls for low speeds and constant torque, such as stone setting and hammer handpiece use.

Notes

• The LX motor requires its own dedicated control. Do not operate it with controls outside the LX and TX series, or with controls from other manufacturers.
• Hammer handpieces should be run at low speeds, typically under 3,000 RPM, and the torque curve of the LX motor is designed for that operating range.
• Using the LX with any control other than the Foredom C.TXR, C.SXR, or EMX may damage the motor.
