Spearhead high speed steel bearing burs are hand cut by expert craftsmen in the USA for sharpness and service life beyond machine cut tungsten vanadium carbon steel burs, and each one carries its size stamped directly on the 3/32" shank so it is easy to pick out of the box.

The kit holds 14 burs, one per size, from No. 2 (1.1 mm) through No. 28 (7.2 mm), in a 36 hole wood bur box measuring 5" wide by 3" deep by 2-5/8" high. The run of sizes covers the most commonly needed seats, which makes it a starter set or a shop reference kit.
