• Plates directly over gold, platinum, palladium, and nickel.
• For silver or base metals, apply a nickel or palladium pre-plate first.
• Use a platinized titanium anode at 4 volts and room temperature.

Notes

• Minimum bath volume: Avoid using less than 500 ml of solution to conserve rhodium, since smaller baths reduce current density, limit anode submersion area, and contaminate faster, leading to slower plating and inconsistent deposit quality.
• Larger baths perform better: The 1 quart, 2 g size improves plating speed, finish quality, and overall solution longevity.
• Shipping restrictions: UPS Ground only. No USPS, UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select. Cannot be shipped outside the USA.
• Successful plating requires proper processes, compatible equipment, and appropriate base metals.
