AGILO Cut-Off Discs Reinforced Kit of 10

Five reinforced cut-off disc formulations in one sample kit, so cutting and trimming at the bench is covered from precious metals and high-speed steel to soft gemstones and titanium. AGILO reinforced cut-off discs are strong, thin and flexible, and each disc in this kit has a distinct specialty, giving jewelers and metalsmiths a versatile introduction to the full AGILO range. The kit contains 10 discs total: five pre-mounted on a 3/32" mandrel and five unmounted, one of each type in both configurations. It ships in a protective package with an instruction leaflet, and it is tested and approved by Swiss professionals.

Compatibility

The mounted discs come on a 3/32" mandrel. The five formulations cut precious metals, high-speed steel, carbide, titanium and soft stones up to hardness 6 on the Mohs scale.

Cuts precious metals like a sawblade, shapes gravers in high-speed steel or carbide, and cuts soft stones up to hardness 6 on the Mohs scale such as opal, lapis lazuli, hematite, turquoise, malachite and amber. Use at low speed with stones. Maximum speed 25,000 RPM.
• 111.772, AGILO GOLDFLEX YELLOW #2812 (2 pieces), 0.2mm x 22mm. Reinforced, extra thin and flexible. For precious metals.
• 111.773, AGILO GOLDFLEX RED #2813 (2 pieces), 0.3mm x 22mm. Reinforced, extra thin and flexible. For precious metals.
• 111.774, AGILO STEELFIX #2825 (2 pieces), 0.5mm x 22mm. Reinforced and rigid. For precious metals and steel.
• 111.775, AGILO TIFLEX #2833 (2 pieces), 0.3mm x 22mm. Reinforced, thin and flexible. For titanium.

• When working with soft stones using the DIAMASTER disc, reduce speed significantly and work at low speed only.
• Replacement discs for each type are sold separately in various pack sizes.
