Durston Cabinet Style Rolling Mill Stand

A rolling mill needs a rigid, dedicated base under it before it can roll accurately. The Durston Cabinet Style Rolling Mill Stand is a purpose-built, lockable cabinet stand designed to support a wide range of Durston rolling mills. It is pre-drilled for precise alignment and provides a stable, organized workspace for demanding studio and shop environments, with a lockable door and an interior shelf that keep mill accessories at hand.

Compatibility

• Pre-drilled to fit the Durston D2-130 and D4-158 stacked mills, all Durston DRM 100, 130 and 150 rolling mills, and all Durston Mini-Mills.
• Also fits the C140 and Agile mills, though only 2 holes will line up. The Agile can be mounted using those 2 holes, or the top can be drilled to accommodate additional holes.
• With an Olivia Rolling Mill, the cabinet door is obstructed by the turning wheel. Face the stand in the opposite direction so the door can open fully.

Notes

• Floor mounting hardware is not included.
• Where floor or pedestal mounting is not possible, a practical alternative is to mount the stand onto a sheet of 1/2" or 3/4" plywood cut at least 6 feet long and 3 feet wide. Center the stand on the plank so the rolling mill handle grip runs perpendicular to the long dimension. This provides ample support for rolling tasks.
