Foredom SR 230V Flex Shaft with C.EMHF-2 Dual Speed Dial Control and Handpiece Choice

This is the 230V configuration of the Foredom SR hang-up setup with a dual speed range dial control instead of a pedal: a 1/6 HP reversible M.SR-2 motor, the C.EMHF-2 table top dial speed control, and your choice of professional handpiece. The dial sits on the benchtop, so you set a working speed by hand and it holds steady while you work, and the motor's own on/off switch brings it back to that same speed every time. The C.EMHF-2 adds a LO/HI range switch over the plain dial control: LO restricts the dial to the lower part of the motor's speed range for finer control at slow speeds, and HI opens the dial to the motor's complete range. Jewelers, metalsmiths and repair shops get the SR motor's full torque for cutting, grinding and polishing without a foot pedal under the bench.

Power and Plug: Adapter Required

This kit runs on 230V only. The C.EMHF-2 control's cord ends in a NEMA 5-15 style plug, the familiar North American shape, so connecting it takes a plug adapter matched to your outlet: a NEMA 230V outlet adapter on North American 230V circuits, or the adapter specific to your country's outlets elsewhere. Never plug this kit into a standard 110/120V outlet. The plug will fit, but the voltage is wrong for the motor and control.
