Belt sanders deliver fast, flat results at the bench—freeing both hands while the abrasive does the work. Standard industrial units are far too large for jewelry applications, so Ikohe engineered a compact, bench-friendly belt sander sized specifically for jewelers. This special package pairs the Ikohe Belt Sander with 10 Ruby sanding belts (2 each of 80, 120, 180, 240, and 320 grit) so you can proceed from rough grinding to a refined finish without a separate abrasive order.

Notes

• Use light pressure and fresh belts — let the abrasive cut to minimize heat buildup and edge rounding
• Follow a grit progression (80–120–180–240–320) for smooth, consistent surface finishes
• Position dust extraction as close to the belt as possible for best debris capture
