Ikohe Combination Belt & Disc Sander (Part # 111.805) steps up from the classic Ikohe Belt Sander by adding a 3" disc sander with a fixed 3/32" tool arbor—giving you lathe-like control at the disc station alongside the fast, flat shaping of a 1" belt. The unit runs off your USA key-tip flex shaft (sold separately) and accepts the same 1" belts familiar to Ikohe users. A bench clamp secures the jeweler-sized footprint wherever you work best, and a flexible dust-collection arm helps direct debris toward your shop vacuum or collector hose.

Notes

Flex shaft required (not included): USA key-tip style only. Remove your handpiece and seat the key tip fully into the sander. To release, pull the silver sheath back and gently withdraw the cable.

Belts not included: Use 1" × 10-1/2" (25.4 × 267 mm) belts. A recommended starter set of five Ruby belts is available as Part # 111.821.

PSA discs not included: Cut your own 3" discs with a 1/2" center hole from pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet stock. A recommended variety kit is available as Part # 111.268KIT.

Setup reminders: Loosen the center knob to drop belt tension before fitting a new belt, re-tension, then tighten the opposite set screw before powering on. Re-check belt tension after initial run-in. Use the two included wrenches—one on the arbor, one on the sheath—when securing or swapping mandrel tools at the disc station. A grit progression (e.g., 80–120–180–240–320) with light pressure delivers fast, cool cutting and clean flat surfaces.
