Liver of Sulphur eXtended Life Gel (XL GEL) is a concentrated, long-lasting patina solution formulated to provide significantly extended shelf life compared to traditional dry liver of sulphur. Designed for consistent results and ease of use, XL GEL develops rich patinas on silver, copper, bronze, and other metals—including precious metal clays—with reliable control and depth of color. Available in convenient squeeze bottles, it can be diluted for immersion work or applied at full strength by brush or submersion.

• Stir before use.
• If cold, warm in a microwave for no more than 15 seconds. Use caution—container and contents may be hot.
• For a dark patina: mix approximately 1 teaspoon of XL GEL per 12 oz (355 mL) of heated water.
• Adjust gel-to-water ratio to achieve different patina effects.
• May also be applied at full strength by brushing onto the surface or by submerging the object.
