Nakanishi NSK Emax Evolution ENK-410S Brushless Standard Motor EMX8086

A slim brushless micromotor carries the drilling, grinding, and stone setting work at the bench with no brushes to replace. The NSK Emax Evolution ENK-410S is a brushless standard motor designed exclusively for use with the NSK Emax Evolution control box. It is important to note that this motor is not compatible with the earlier generation Nakanishi NSK Electer E-max Series control box; the two systems are not interchangeable.

This motor delivers an excellent combination of high speed and torque in a slim, lightweight profile that weighs 3.84 oz without the cord, making it ideal for precision work such as stone setting. It is the standard motor included with most NSK Emax Evolution kits offered by Otto Frei.

Powered by a high-performance samarium cobalt magnet, the ENK-410S operates with extremely quiet, smooth performance across its full speed range, from low-speed detail work up to 40,000 rpm, with stepless speed adjustment throughout and up to 4.3 cN·m of torque. It is made in Japan.

Compatibility

This motor is not compatible with the earlier Nakanishi NSK Electer E-max Series control box. It is designed solely for the NSK Emax Evolution system. For higher torque requirements, the optional hi-torque motor SKU ENK-250T (Catalog # EMX8087) is available separately; that motor offers 4.8 cN·m of torque but reaches a maximum speed of 25,000 rpm.
