Test a stone two ways with one press of the button, so a diamond reading is confirmed before the piece leaves the bench. The Presidium PDT Duo Tester combines two distinct testing methods into a single professional instrument, giving jewelers and gemologists the tools needed to accurately identify diamonds, diamond simulants including synthetic moissanite, and popular colored gemstones. Unlike a standard thermal tester alone, this unit simultaneously performs both thermal conductivity testing and digital reflectivity measurement through a single probe.
