Designed with a thermostatic manual reset low water cut-off and precise temperature and pressure controls, the HPJ-2S ensures consistent operation and safety. Features include external water level sight glass gauges, a stainless steel solenoid steam release valve, foot switch control, and neon indicator lights. Operates at 65–70 PSI with a 2-gallon water capacity. The cabinet measures 6-3/4" W x 16-3/4" L x 17-1/2" H with a 24-1/2" overall height; the unit weighs approximately 85 lbs and ships in a 31" x 19" x 23" box.

• Rust in sight glass: Rust inside the water gauge is normal for cast iron tanks and does not affect steam quality. Keep the tank full daily to minimize exposure to air.
• Blowouts: Regular blowouts are essential to remove mineral buildup and extend heating element life. Follow your owner's manual for safe blowout procedures under minimal pressure of 10 PSI or less.
• Leaks: Common leak points are the sight glass, fill and drain valves, and safety valve. Replace worn gaskets, valves, or the entire sight glass kit to restore full pressure integrity.
