How we source our metal
Solder a decorative half-round bead border onto a bezel rim, a box edge, or a ring shank without cutting the profile yourself. This half-bead wire carries a classic half-bead (half-round bead) cross-section that adds refined texture and dimension to fine jewelry and silversmithing work, and it is supplied in 12 in (304.8 mm) lengths sold by the piece in three sizes.
The wire is sterling silver produced by Harmony and made in the USA from 100% recycled material sourced from non-mined origins, including reclaimed jewelry, silverware, coins, precious metals, and dental scrap. The material is jewelry quality sterling silver, not medical grade. The three sizes run from a fine 1.52 mm x 0.89 mm bead up to a 2.39 mm x 1.22 mm bead, covering a range of design scales.
