The Technique Twist Drill Adaptor Chuck mounts on a standard 3/32" shank and accepts conventional HSS twist drills — the type with a consistent diameter from tip to shank. This large-capacity chuck is designed to hold twist drills from the smallest sizes up to 2.8 mm, though it performs best with larger diameter drills rather than the finest sizes. Three collets are included to accommodate a range of drill diameters, making this a practical addition to any jeweler's or metalsmith's bench setup.
