The Wubbers Ring and Hoop Press – Transverse 18 Pattern is a quality steel, 2-part die system with an outer sleeve that lets you quickly form patterned square or round rings and hoops without the need for an expensive hydraulic press. Designed for jewelers and metalsmiths working with all types of wire, this press handles inside diameters from 13 mm (1/2") up to outside diameters of 36 mm (1-3/8"), making it a versatile tool for producing consistently textured rings and hoops.

The top and bottom inner dies feature a pin-and-groove alignment system that fits precisely into the outer sleeve, ensuring your pattern registers perfectly every time. Simply form your wire around a mandrel, join the ends, seat the ring in the bottom die within the outer sleeve, place the top die over the ring, and strike with a suitable mallet. The result is a cleanly patterned ring or hoop ready for finishing.
