この交換用上ローラーは、Blue EconomyおよびSilver Economy圧延機専用に設計されており、正方形・三角形の線材プロファイルと半丸線材の両方を成形できる二機能の溝構成を備えています。1本のローラーに2種類の溝を完全なセットで加工しているため、装置を交換せずにさまざまな寸法の線材を製作したい宝飾職人や金属加工職人にとって実用的なソリューションです。

9本のV字溝により、段階的に異なるサイズを通して線材を引き下げ、角形プロファイルに成形できます。7本の半丸溝は、さまざまな直径の標準的な半丸線材プロファイルを成形できます。どちらの溝セットもサイズの昇順に配置されているため、一定した段階的な減面パスが可能です。
